July Founder + Colorist
Hi I’m Haley Reeb! I’ve always dreamed about being a salon owner and now that time has come! I wanted to create an environment that is full of joy because I love what I do! Being in the hair industry for 20 years, I’ve had extensive training in color and have been a hair color educator for over 15 of those years. My passion for formulating each client's color is a science and art to me. I take hair seriously but have fun doing it! When I’m not at the salon or educating across the country, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, catching up on the latest series or hitting up a local concert. July Events Coordinator + Colorist, Stylist
I have been a hairstylist for seven years now specializing in color and styling. I love creating natural colors that enhance and add to your features with permanent and Demi permanent color. I also enjoy styling and contract out as a bridal or event stylist. My latest love are the natural beaded row extensions, I am always looking to add length, thickness, or even color in a way that does not damage the hair! With over 17 years in the industry, my foundation remains the same, love others and enhance beauty. Creating a fun and memorable experience full of pampering is what I'm known for!
I specialize in precision cutting and all types of dimensional color. My unique approach to lightening consists of custom highlights, babylights, foilayage, and balayage. Relaxing rituals, wash, and style out are always complimentary with your service.

Colorist + Stylist
I am a Columbus-based hair stylist. My true passion is in all things color. I love creating lived-in natural looks through dimensional color, highlights, balayage and foilayage. However, a good hair cut still feeds my soul.
My day is made each time I get to see the reaction of my clients. From that first look in the mirror after their hair transformation, to watching them walk out of my door, that extra pep in their step really fuels my fire.
